Terms of Service
These terms cover the AnimeDoc website and the AnimeDoc API. By creating an account or using an API key you agree to them. Last updated: November 2026.
The service
AnimeDoc is run by ResBrotherX. It offers a website to watch anime, movies and series, and an API that lets developers search the same catalog, get title details and stream video in their own apps.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around limits.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the service or other users.
API keys and fair use
- Each account has one API key. Keep it on your own server and don't share, sell or publish it. If it leaks, regenerate it from your dashboard.
- Stay within your plan's limits. Don't try to bypass rate limits, resell raw API access, or overload the service.
- Free keys are for personal projects and prototypes and must show "Powered by AnimeDoc". Starter and the 3-Day Pass are for personal and hobby use. Pro and Business may be used in commercial products.
- Use the API and content only in ways that are legal where you and your users are.
Plans and payments
- Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency where possible. You pay once for each period (3 days, 1 month or 6 months). Nothing renews automatically.
- Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. When it ends, your key keeps working on the Free plan's limits.
- Buying a different plan switches your key to it immediately. Renewing the same plan adds the new period to the time you have left.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Content and availability
- Content comes from licensed content providers. Titles and episodes can be added or removed at any time, and we can't promise any particular title will stay available.
- We work to keep AnimeDoc running smoothly. Business plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment; other plans are provided on a best-effort basis. Live status is on the status page.
Liability
AnimeDoc is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced by email. Questions: support@animedoc.cloud.
