Watch anime online free
Browse anime, movies and series, hover for a trailer, pick an episode, and stream it in your browser. 3 free videos without an account, then sign up free to keep watching.
How to start watching
- Open the home page and pick something from Latest anime, Latest movies or Most watched today — or search for a title.
- Pick a season and episode and press play. Choose the video quality and subtitles under the player.
- Stop any time: Continue watching on the home page picks up where you left off, and the next episode plays automatically.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can watch 3 free videos without an account; after that, sign up free (it takes seconds) to keep watching. Mobile and desktop apps are coming soon. Your progress is saved so you can continue where you stopped.
Want to build your own streaming website? That's what the AnimeDoc API is for, with a free API key to start.
What you can stream
- Anime series, with seasons and episodes.
- Anime movies and animation.
- Movies and series beyond anime, in the same catalog.
- Subtitles in several languages where available, and multiple video resolutions.
The catalog comes from AnimeDoc's content providers and changes over time, so a title may come and go.
Watching on your phone
The site works in any modern mobile browser; no app needed. Videos stream progressively, so playback starts right away.
Building your own anime app?
The same catalog is available to developers as the anime streaming API.
