Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every account gets a free API key on the Free plan, with no card needed, and the 3-Day Pass costs $1. Please test with these first, so you know AnimeDoc fits your project before buying a longer plan.

Always refunded

• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• You were charged but your plan never activated, and we can't fix it within 24 hours of you telling us.
• You were charged a different amount than the price shown at checkout.

Not refunded

Once a paid plan is active, the time you've paid for isn't refunded if you stop using it, because you can test for free or with the $1 pass first. Plans never renew on their own, so there's nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, your key simply returns to the Free plan.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@animedoc.cloud from your account's email address with your payment reference (it starts with "animedoc_") or the date and amount. We reply within 2 business days.

Card refunds go back to the card you paid with; most banks show them within 5–10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded to a wallet address you give us, for the US dollar amount you paid.
